Refunds are only available if the product is inedible or if shipped to an address other than the one given. Refunds are not available if they "don't work," are damaged, or are lost or misdelivered.
I make every effort to ship by the next day. That is my goal. However, due to volume, it may take 3-7 business days to ship out orders.
